I found this book very rewarding, as it taught me a lot about myself I did not know. Each chapter explains how to go about a certain task and then the exercises begin. These range from simple looking and listening techniques, to writing your hopes and fears to learning to relax. I found the book easy to understand and follow and a real eye-opener!
