I wish I'd bought this book the 1st time I started to run! Easy to use with some good advice, it takes you from not being able to run atall to being able to run easily for up to half an hour. I wouldn't reccommend it for anyone who can already run as it does just teach you the basics. I had been off running with an injury and needed a boost to get back out there and this introduced me back into it slowly.

This book is very good for beginners only. If you have any experience running or with nutrition this book won't be of much use to you I am afraid. This will not help anyone who can already run 30 mins or more.
