all i can say is it is a brilliant book that give you everday foods that are suitable for all major allergens. but if you can tolerate one of the allergen it show you how to use it in the recipe. i have been trying to find recipes for my little boy whos 2yrs old for the past 18mths but have only found recipes that avoid only one allergy, just wish i had found this book before. amoney very well spent!

I would totally recommend this book for any parent that has children with food allergies. All the recipes are made with substitutes, so you can just change the recipe to what your child is allowed.

I ordered this book when my 1 year old good diagnosed with allergies to wheat, dairy, eggs and nuts. It's so useful. It take out all things that people could have allergies against and then tells you when you can add things back in if your child doesn't have a certain allergy. A good buy for the price. The recipes are also very simple to follow. Some of the ingredients I had to order off the web, like egg replacer, but it was easy enough to find.
