Before he knows it, Sherlock is fighting for his life as he battles to discover what has happened to his his friends.

About the Author

Andrew Lane is an author, journalist and lifelong Sherlock Holmes fan. This is his first series for young adults. He lives in Hampshire with his wife and son. Andrew's passion for the original novels of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle and his determination to create an authentic teenage Sherlock Holmes made him the perfect choice to work with the Conan Doyle Estate to reinvent the world’s most famous detective in this new series.

4.0 out of 5 stars Another Cracking Case 27 Oct 2011
By Gareth Wilson - Falcata Times Blog TOP 500 REVIEWER VINE™ VOICE
Format:Hardcover
Having felt that the last YSH title was a little rushed at the ending I was still looking forward to this one so that I could see the character develop future skills that he would utilise to save Victorian England. As with the other titles in the series it has a cunningly crafted plot, the characters are outstanding and when you add a foe to worry Sherlock's mentor, its one of the most hair raising adventures for our young hero to date.

Finally add some additional background to a certain housekeeper, a fast moving plot and above all else a title that doesn't let up from the word go and it's a book that very much hit the mystery spot to leave us sated as a reader. Great stuff.

5.0 out of 5 stars Again another great young sherlock adventure 14 April 2012
By KieranS
Format:Hardcover
Well after finishing the amazing book that is Black Ice I was so ready to read Fire storm and I wasn't let down. The story line is so good and (**SPOILERS!**) finally the whole scary Ms Eglantine is exposed and after finishing the first book Death Cloud I was so wondering what the deal is with her and now my questions have been answered (thank god I even asked the author when I saw him at a book signing).

This book is really amazing and I'm a little sad that the next book isn't out until late September due to the fact that this ends on a cliffhanger. Five stars for this amazing book and can't wait until the next book.
