About the Author
Vestal McIntyre was born and raised in Nampa, Idaho, and attended Tufts University. His work has appeared in Tin House and Open City magazine, as well as in several anthologies. He lives in New York City.

this really is original in storyline and I have to go back a long way to find an equally non-artificial mental background to the writing. This is definately not 'writing by numbers'. Maybe I haven't read as much as many others but I think there are elements of 'The Russians' here but in a totally modern setting. If you are a member of a writer's circle please please read this and liberate your mind from dead-end templates - if you dare.. or take up water colours, or go and work in a charity shop.
