This is a beautiful book. So small and yet so profound! I love it! The way the author describes the simplicity of how to enter the present moment, mindfulness and mediation is simply wonderful.
It is a pure Zen book. It is very practical and very useful in our day-to-day life. The techniques described in the book are so beautiful and you can apply them immediately. You can literally feel the love coming out of the book. It reads like a poem. There are also included very touching stories that we can all take a valuable lesson from. You can definitely say that the author himself is a deep spiritual Zen master with a lot of compassion and love towards this humanity.

The essential point is not to create conflict, a fight, within yourself. So we begin by simple recognition. Then when the energy of mindfulness is strong and you have concentration, you can practice deeply into the nature of whatever is arising, and from that comes insight. Insight liberates you from all negative tendencies.Read more ›
