Robert Russell enjoys writing about how to best utilise and harness your mindset alongside providing recordings and exercises to generate personal empowerment and change.

Robert is a qualified Personal Development Trainer and Chief Executive Leader of Training Alliance Group (TAG). He is also the founding member of Mindset Synergy offering Hypnotherapy, NLP, CBT and EMDR in London. Robert provides many aspects of personal development training and therapy, using not only hypnotherapy, CBT, NLP and EMDR, but additionally life coaching, business coaching and sport performance coaching at the Hale Clinic in London and Central London, as well as another practice at The Summit Clinic, Highgate, London. Robert has been in practice since 1991.

In the past he has been a Director and trainer for the College of Stress Management 1994 - 1998 and a trainer for the Academy of Clinical and Medical Hypnosis 2007 - 2010. Robert has lectured students for both of these organisations to qualify as therapists in CBT, NLP and Hypnotherapy. He also runs motivational and personal development courses for companies and individuals.

Robert has treated many high-profile public and sporting personalities. He has appeared on a variety of television and radio programmes both in this country and overseas, as well as having articles covering his work in the national and international press.

He has written the goal setting book, If you think you can... YOU CAN! both in hard copy and eBook format and created a Learn how to... series of motivational, positive affirmation and hypnotherapy recordings titled Stop Smoking, Lose Weight, Manage Stress, Gain Confidence and Overcome Fears.

I spent a year studying hypnotherapy and nlp with Rob Russell. In this useful little book he has taken some of the simpler core concepts and applied them to SMART goalsetting. Rob's teaching skills come across in this book as he takes the reader through his stepwise goalsetting method. Although this subject is not new, a number of tools are introduced that take the reader on a journey to setting and achieving their goals. The strength of the book is its clarity and simplicity and the tools he outlines are effective when put into use. I can personally vouch for this. In all, a useful, concise and easy to read guide. Recommended.

This book condenses some of this vast experience into easy and simple steps for the reader to follow which can help them achieve their full potential.
