3.0 out of 5 stars A loss to mediocrity - the first and last..., 10 April 2008
I came across this album in the bargain bin and having heard and seen 'Can You Feel It' thought I'd give it a try.
I've tried it and, do you know what - It's not bad. The 'V' Boys are not bad. They sing well, they look good and they can dance. So why did Universal drop them after a pretty good quality debut? Probably because it flopped... Why - because it wasn't well promoted - in fact it was so poorly promoted, I think many of the fans didn't even know it was out.
I feel for the boys - they obviously put there heart and soul into this album and other than the Singles and Chills In the Evening - it has a spattering of perfectly acceptable sentimental plastic pop...
I'm not a fan of plastic-pop, but as a package, V deserved a better bight at the bit than they got. There product is no better or worse than Westlife, Boyzone or McFly.
Never mind lads...
Guys and Gals - this album is OK.

5.0 out of 5 stars V Brilliant!, 22 Nov 2004
This is a brilliant album from the boys from V. It includes their debut single Blood, Sweat and Tears. It includes their upbeat singles Hip To Hip and Can You Feel It which were a huge sucess this summer. You Stood Up, which is their latest single is a brilliant ballad that is on the album. Their are also 2 sneaky hidden singles on the album. Their duet with McFly on Chills In The Evening is fantastic and so is First Time. A definite buy if you love the boys' previous stuff!

5.0 out of 5 stars Best single to date, 14 Nov 2004
By A Customer
You Stood Up is a lot slower than the boys' previous singles, but it has to be their best to date. A beautiful song with great lyrics which shows of their vocal talents. The acoustic version is the best track on this single as the boys are in perfect harmony. As well as each member singing it individually, CD2 gives you 8 tracks of pure V heaven. A must-have for all fans
