I came across this album in the bargain bin and having heard and seen 'Can You Feel It' thought I'd give it a try.
I've tried it and, do you know what - It's not bad. The 'V' Boys are not bad. They sing well, they look good and they can dance. So why did Universal drop them after a pretty good quality debut? Probably because it flopped... Why - because it wasn't well promoted - in fact it was so poorly promoted, I think many of the fans didn't even know it was out.
I feel for the boys - they obviously put there heart and soul into this album and other than the Singles and Chills In the Evening - it has a spattering of perfectly acceptable sentimental plastic pop...
I'm not a fan of plastic-pop, but as a package, V deserved a better bight at the bit than they got. There product is no better or worse than Westlife, Boyzone or McFly.
Never mind lads...
Guys and Gals - this album is OK.
