Having read The Eagle and the Rose, I was extremely moved and given a complete understanding of Rosemary Altea's life and hardships, her wonderful ability to connect to people in the after life. I then had to read You Own the Power, I found that it an extremely intresting book with very good exercises to find my own inner powers. The author answers the questions that enter my head as I read, which was quite uncanny. A definite for anyone who has an intrest in unleashing the naturals powers that we all have, but forgotten how to use. I would recomend that The Eagle and the Rose be read first.
I will always keep these books close by through the years.A must for every household. Enjoy and feel inspired as I did. Thank you Rosemary, your books are a delight.

Format:Audio Cassette
This is a book written with warmth and caring from the author.The excercises could have been listed again in the back to save searching but this has been done for a good reason.A general guide to finding yourself.Do not expect any overwhelming results as the excercises are for a gradual understanding of the universal energy.A good read and a honest sincere clairvoyant.Read it!
