Thanks for taking a look at my book. I just wanted to answer a few questions you might have. This is not a diet book. I have worked with overweight people for over 24 years in gyms, in therapy and on television and they taught me as much as I ever taught them. This book is the culmination of everything I learnt that really does work. I had an issue with food myself so I understand what it's like. I only began fixing other peoples eating problems once I had successfully fixed my own.
So many diet books are written by people who have never been on a diet because they have never been overweight. These books have a "one size fits all" mentality, assuming that all overeaters are the same- they aren't. There are different types of overeaters and each type needs a different method to cure them from the inside otherwise they feel that they are failing at diets and give up, not realising that the diet they were on has failed them.
