This is a fun book to read. The author also has it in audiotape, and he has a good voice with an English accent. But the book is easier to carry around. He makes the point, and I agree, that we don't teach negotiating skills like we should. I had already bought a copy of this book many years ago, and recently loaned it out. When I realized it wasn't coming back, I purchased antoher copy. The author has another book on negotiating as well. One can spend thousands of dollars on courses on the subject, but the material isn't as goog as Dawson's books. I know, because a friend gave me the material from one of those courses. The chapter on the elements of power is especially interesting and insightful.
