At last! A true bible for anyone suffering with PMS! Packed with information on nutrition, herbs, supplements, hormonal drugs, exercise, emotional well being and it even provides the motivation to take up the twelve week plan! Being a PMS sufferer since having my second child, and also working as a reflexologist seeing women daily with hormonal problems, including pms, this is a book I have found incredibly practical and informative and a must both personally and in practice. It's filled with information that will encourage any novice to adapt a healthier lifestyle and equally, useful reading for practitioners wishing to recommend sound advice to their clients. Well researched and written to inspire us out of the dreariness of pms!
