    I ordered this product over 3 weeks ago, and when it arrived literally more than half the parts were missing, so I called Amazon for a replacement but as there was no stock, they sent me out a alternative york bench, guess what - same problem parts missing, I contact Amazon again who said its York who pack there own products, so I contact your who took over 1 and a half weeks to get the parts to me, which they said they had in stock and would be sent next day. Everyday I waited in for 7 week days when they said it would be delivered, when in fact it hadent even been sent out!
