The bike was very easy to put together by myself and the instructions are clear and simple to understand, all necessary tools provided.
Build quality is good, the bike has quite a big sturdy feel to it and feels solid even for those of us closer to the max user weight. The seat pole is the same as the C201 so probably doesnt cater well for the shorter user, at 6'1 the middle height settings are fine. Definitely a great bike for the bigger/taller person.
The programs are great, quite nice and varied and you can create a number of your own custom ones to keep things interesting. Also all the preset programs scale with difficulty, so you wont grow out of them anytime soon. At the same time it is very quiet in use, ideal for watching TV or listening to music. All the different settings work to keep things interesting, aswell as providing a huge range of workouts and difficulty levels.
This bike is very similar to the York C201, the only real difference being that it has a better screen, with 3 colour display, BMI and Bodyfat calculations. The only real deciding factor between them is the price at the time. Its probably worth reading C201 reviews too, as they are very relevant to this product.
