The York Active 120 2 in 1 cycle cross trainer is equipped with a 7kg (15.4lbs) flywheel ensuring quiet operation and has a stride length of 30.5cm (12"), which makes it best suited to shorter users. The machine provides a wide choice of 16 levels of computer controlled magnetic resistance and is supplied with a 5.75" LCD display that provides feedback on time, pulse, distance, calories, RPM and Watt as well as a selection of 17 programmes including 12 pre-set, 3 HRC, 1 user and 1 manual workout.
