Product Description
Small sized plastic neti pots, lightweight and unbreakable (well...). Dishwasher safe. Perfect for travelling and for safe use in the bathroom.
How to use Neti pot
1. Wash the Neti pot thoroughly.
2. Pour warm pre-boiled water at body temperature and add one teaspoon of salt per 500 ml of water. We recommend using sea salt. Iodine salt is not suitable for usage with Neti pot. Stir until the salt is dissolved. The solution should remind one of the taste of tears. If you feel burning or otherwise uncomfortable sensations during nasal cleansing, readjust the salt concentration and temperature of the water.
3. Stand at the sink or bathtub, place your feet directly under each shoulder, keep spine and head straight. Carefully put the tip of the nozzle in the right nostril, slant your head to the right side right so that your chin aligns with your shoulder, and start to pour the solution slowly, while keeping your mouth open. Breathe slowly through your mouth. Try not to yawn, talk or laugh during the procedure. The water must pour out through the left nostril. If the solution gets in your mouth, do not swallow it but readjust the position of your head so that the water gets in your left nostril.
4. After ending the procedure with one nostril, blow your nose by doing 20-30 sharp breaths turning your head in various positions.
5. Repeat steps 3-4 with your left nostril.
6. Wash the Neti pot with warm water.
We suggest cleansing your nose using Neti pot every day. Remember, Neti pot is a personal hygiene item that shouldn't be shared. Every member of your family should have one.

I've been looking for a little travel pot and this is just perfect. It has an oblong shape to it and it is compact/slender, so that makes it great for taking away. My main one is large, bulky and round. Also, this one can go in the dishwasher for a proper wash... suspect that my old bulky one is heading for the recycling bin!
To anyone curious about using a neti-pot, this is an absolute must for allergy sufferers, sinus infections, general snotty issues. I regularly had to have antibiotics for infections in my sinus' (at least 5 episodes a year, and one course of antibiotics was never sufficient to shift the infection), but since rinsing daily with a neti-pot (its been 1.5 years now of daily use), I haven't had any infection or, more importantly, any antibiotics. All you need to do is add ordinary table salt to some tepid water and wash through your nostrils. You will soon get the hang of it and not get the saline solution in your mouth. In this size pot, I usually add about 1/2 table size of salt to it. Its cheap, easy and an excellent way to avoid infection!!

The cost - great. The delivery - speedy. The use - ok.
It's a very simple device but takes a bit of getting used to, especially if it's your first time doing a sinus rinse as it was mine. Doing it makes good health sense, but this item came with no instructions as to how to use it or how to concoct the rinsing mixture (much needed for a sinus washing neophyte). However, the internet filled that gap. It took me a few tries before perfecting the technique and it left me wondering if a different design would make it easier to use. It may seem trivial but it can be intimidating pouring water into an orifice that isn't naturally meant for this kind of irrigation.
That said, it get's the job done, but I'm almost sure there is some way to get it done better.

Great!
Easy to use, great value for money, the only thing that worries me is the cost of the salts to use. However the pot itself is great and I would recommend it.

Takes some practice!
This is a good little item, and once you get the hang of it (and the feeling of water flushing your sinuses) it actually becomes quite pleasant!

It's good but Jala neti itself is not easy.
Even with bent position the water came through my mouth instead other nostril.

Nose Sluice
