In desperate need of a more exciting workout than slogging away at the gym, after seeing an advert on TV, I bought this and what a great buy! Not only does it have more exciting elements of yoga, which I love, but brings in basic boxing exercises which are great fun. As for the tension release of shouting back at the instructor - and who hasn't wanted to do that - what a great way to workout, have fun and feel so much happier and relaxed at the end. Certainly a recommended buy - just make sure you are on your own - the shouting takes some getting used to! Enjoy!

I beg you - PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE do not waste your money on this!
I bought this as Power Yoga nd Tae Bo are 2 of my favourite workouts of all time! Surely something that combines the harder and softer aspects of these must be a great, fun and productive one? NO! The instructor does nothing but smarm about the place with the 'warm up' exercises being nothing but gently rubbing hands etc.. the rest of the 'workout' is mostly spent with him asking us to wiggle our hips as he does and to shout out at the screen to help develop our explosive power... There is not one single 'exercise' on this whole tape that can justifiably be included on any fitness tape. Even the boxing part only lasts a couple of minutes and shows only around 2 punches!!! PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!

I was first intrigued by the name and decided to do some research on it through other websites before ordering it. I am absolutely blown away by it.I have many yoga videos and this is at the top of my list! This video was called the exercise of the new millenium and you better believe it is!! There are five sections:
1) an 8 minute "wicked warmup"
2)a 10 minute "hands to head routine"
3) a 15 minute power pose
4) a 20 minute "box-celerator
5) a 5 minute cool down
The routines are a balanced combination of the best of yoga, t'ai chi, soft-but-intense boxing movements, and of course, yoga. Joshua coaches you through these movements in a very positive and easy-flowing manner with un-imposing latin music in the background.
I've already been doing yoga for a year-and-a-half now. Just after a session with this video I feel as if I've stepped through a whole new threshold!
