I originaly brought this book bacuse my niece had done some yoga classes up where she lives. I didn't have the space to fit an actual class into our weekly schedule so I thought I would buy this book and try a bit of Yoga DIY!!!!
It was fantastic. It resulted in my son and I spending qaulity time together and was also fantastic for ending a busy day at work and school.
My son keeps asking if we can be Cobra's together!! Sounds crazy I know, but read the book and you will understand.
The postures guide us through what we should do and as a parent it is also
helpful to reference the benefits of each pose at the back of the book. We love it!!

The nursery my daughter goes to offer YogaBugs classes. She loves it and re-play the entire class at home.
I decided to buy the book and I can now do the classes with her at home. Very clear - great for someone like me who has never really done yoga before!

My niece who is four years old loves her weekly yogabugs class. After purchasing this book her mum is able to go over what she has done in class! Really easy to follow ,with lots of interesting info for parents!!

I have found this enjoyable and adds variety to the DVD we use. My 3 year old daughter enjoys it but more colourful pictures would have been good.

The stories worked like a charm

easy use of yogabugs
super book easy to read and easy to use. Have used it with a group of 4 year olds they loved it. easy to use even if you have no yoga experience. good value for the money
