I wasn't sure if I could get my baby to concentrate for long enough to get through a yoga dvd but my baby loves this one! It includes really fun exercises for babies and I feel like I get a great workout too! It's perfect for busy mums like me who dont get a minute to exercise, as you can do all the exercises with your baby, but there's also the option to do a quick section of stretching on your own for when your baby is sleeping. This has definitely been a life saver for me!

Hi, my baby and I have really enjoyed this video. Tara has a lovely presenting style and explains the yoga moves well. The music is good and there is a good balance between yoga for you and yoga for baby.

Me and my baby absolutely love this, and I could really see the progress that my baby made since doing yoga with him. He sleeps better and has discovered his feet. I strongly recommand this.
