My wife used this DVD throughout her pregancy and after the birth of our first born. She looked fantastic throughout and I must admit look better now than before!
She soon toned up again after the birth and I am (constantly) informed that this is in no small part due to the preperation the DVD put her through while she was pregnant.
So, if it's results you're after this is a great DVD!
