Love this dvd, I was a bit confused with terms like hold and ground your centre - eventually understtod- its important to keep strength to avoid injury. After months of using it a couple times a week, its a god send. I had sore back due to sacrilliac joint disfunction now I use it to keep me mobile. The intro etc is good too. Just dont rush into it, relax and never force yourself to do all of the moves the first time. I have a rounded curve to my back so tend to miss out the ones that make it curve more, just use your common sense. I dont get fed up of it, filmed well and relaxing, music fine, not annoying, can click through chapters to do the ones that help you if not a lot of time. Excellent!!!!
