I have been using 'Yoga for Stress Relief' for the past year. The positions are clealy illustrated and the steps are easy to follow. It was a perfect start for practicing yoga, I felt the benefits right away and have made the suggested routines an essential part of my day. If you want to try yoga at home without taking classes this is the perfect book for you. I highly recommend trying it.

This book is an excellent introduction to relaxation through the practice of breath control and meditation. The text is clear and concise although the illustrations could be improved for the complete beginer. The symptoms of stress are clearly explained along with many exercises to promote a healthier lifestyle. Having read many yoga books this one excels in providing clear guidance to introduce you everyday meditation exercises. Take it easy!
