I'm very happy with this book. The condition is excellant and the delivery was well within a week.

I like the exercises in this book, not sure if it would be good for absolute beginners but if you've been to a few classes and understand the principle of how to safely exercise than this is great. It shows clear and reasonably large images of how to do the exercises.

It also shows exercises that I hadn't experienced before and it makes it more interesting.

All in all I'm a happy customer with this one. Thank you.

Very accessible book, clear and detailed explanations about the poses and their effects on mind and body. The book will work for both beginners and more advanced students, even though some basis will help you to follow the practice more smoothly. The introduction explaining the psychology and physiology of stress is particularly informative.
