Product Description

The Yoga Mad full yoga block is used for cushioning within inversions. The block ensures extra stability and support during Yoga or Pilates exercises. It can be placed under your hands, feet or the spine to ensure correct alignment. It is manufactured from non-toxic, stretch-resistant first grade EVA foam and has 3mm chamfered edges. The block is 30.5cm (12") long, 20.5cm (8") wide and 5cm (2") high. The Yoga Mad full yoga block is sold singly.

Yoga block for Pilates. 5 April 2011

I needed a block to support my head in pilates, this is ideal, although I must add that it does smell of whatever product it is made from.

(For backache) Easier than traipsing round the shops to find one!

I was advised by my yoga teacher to try sitting on 2 yoga blocks as my back starts to feel uncomfortable after a short period sitting on the floor. Read more
