As I am attending yoga classes through my pregnancy, I wanted a DVD to use more regularly at home. The DVD is not quite what I expected, the biggest issue is that each exercise is covered quickly, then it is on to the next.
You are obviously expected to pause the DVD to spend a decent amount of time on each section. This is not ideal when you are trying to focus on breathing and do not want to be fumbling with a remote control.

I tried some of these exercises during my pregnancy and they were absolutely amazing. I felt invigorated, relaxed, stretched, toned and above all - fit! I can't recommend them enough. And nor can my baby, I'm sure!

I've just tried this new routine and I've got to say it's one of the most satisfying exercise programmes I've come across. It's so important to stay in shape, mentally and physically, when pregnant, and this DVD is without doubt one of the best.

Pretty impressed!
