I bought this book hoping for a variety of sequences that I could use in my home practice, and was disappointed to find how few there actually were. The book's synopsis describes 'longer sequences for the weekend', when in fact there is only one weekend sequence (and only two shorter daily ones). As I couldn't find it in the shops I took a chance and bought it from amazon, but now wish I'd waited.

This book is not complicated and is perfect for anyone who doesn't have the opportunity to devote a lot of time to their yoga practice. As a working mother I found this little book perfect for building a yoga routine into my day. For me it was difficult to start doing a full half hour yoga session with relaxation and meditation at the end - and this book has been extremely helpful in getting me back to doing a bit of yoga everyday. Sensible and practical advice and very very workable. It probably wouldn't be of use to anyone who is already practising yoga but excellent for beginners or those of us who want to begin again.
