I love Ana and Ravi, I think they have actually changed my life! (sorry for the cliché!) . I am pretty new to kundalini yoga, having been introduced to it about a month ago. Having been diagnosed with PCOS recently, and not wanting to go the western medicine way, I actually tracked Ana and Ravi down and emailed them asking for advice. They were so helpful and recommended this DVD, along with giving me some other tips to help concur PCOS. I lead a frantic lifestyle, work extremely long hours and am constantly under pressure - and although I love my life and my job, years of being like this is probably what has brought on my health issues.
Having never done a `fitness dvd' before (im more of a running outside kinda girl) I have been doing this DVD it every morning for two weeks, and the difference in me has actually shocked me. My skin has been better, my IBS which I have suffered from for the last 5 years has pretty much been nonexistent, and my stress levels (main cause of IBS & PCOS) have shifted big time. I also find that even if it means getting up at 5am to do yoga before I start work the energy I gain cancels out the hours sleep I have lost by far. I don't get so tired or stressed, and I am also sleeping like a baby when I get to bed.
Doing this Kundalini, along with the alkaline way of eating (that I recommend to anyone and everyone) , iv high hopes of healing myself .
now off to purchase more of their DVD's...
