This yoga practice is excellent, very well guided and enjoyable, although slightly too fast at some points. The teacher's voice is indeed very calming and encouraging. Complementary information on yoga would be useful for beginners. The workout is a bit difficult at the beginning so people new to yoga should also know that the practice is progressive and that working bits by bits will allow in the end to do all the postures well in the end. Beginners shouldn't be discouraged as it gets easier and easier each time. This practice is generally good for women's littles troubles as painful ovulation or menstruation, it helps connect with the body, release negative emotion and relaxing. As I have just stopped the pill, I cannot comment on the efficiency on fertility yet, but in my opinion, anyone will find a benefit in these excercices anyway, and the relaxation and releasing of tension in the internal organs, muscles and the mind can only be helpful on the way to pregnancy.
