Didn't even know this show was available until I found it by accident on Amazon. As a YES fan of many years standing it was a must have item.
Got to be honest though. It's not great. If your a fan of Howe era yes you will be particularly dissapointed, I think. Lots of Rabin stuff and old yes, which is good, but, nothing from AWBH! (depending on your stand point that may or may not be a good thing). Howe seemed to not show as strongly in the footage as Mr Rabin.
There are two distinct camps in the Rabin/Howe Yes debate. Kind of a Marmite thing, you either love or hate one or the other. Me? I've got a foot in both camps, which is why I was eager to get hold of this DVD. I am dissapointed in the content, the post production is quite poor and feel there must have been more of the show that could have been included that would have satisfied everyone.
Overall I'd say that this DVD could have been a lot better if more time had been spent gathering better footage of what must have been a superb run of shows, seems a bit last minute to me. If you must have everything then go for it. Otherwise seek out YES Symphonic Live. Over the top post production again but with the option of not having to watch the dodgy bits of graphic add ons unless you really want to.

Self Indulgent 18 Feb 2012
As a long time hard core Yes fan I was really excited to discover that there was to be an official release of the Union tour. Unfortunately this is a real disappointment.
I saw the tour at Wembley Arena in London and it was pretty good. This is apparently the last night of the tour and it seems as if the band have a) got lazy, as the set-list is considerably shorter than it was at Wembley and b) got so far up their own ****s that they can't see the wood for the trees. If you like extended soloing then this is the gig for you! Gone is the subtlety that we love Yes for. Gone is Steve Howe's delicate guitar work. Here everything is stamped all over my Trevor Rabin's screeching guitar. On album he is reasonably restrained. The three albums he recorded with yes are actually pretty decent. But live he just doesn't know when to stop and oh God you'll wish he did before the end.
Such a shame - I was so looking forward to this ad having listened to it and watched it once I really have no desire to do so ever again.
A wasted opportunity.

I like to think i'm a real yes fan, i've bought all their albums on vinyl and CD and to date i've seen most of their live sets/line ups over the years. I never saw the Union tour but i did like the album so i was pleased to see this release and bought it without hesitation. What a disappointment, this is a mostly a self indulgent ego trip with little to commend it. All of these guys are capable of so much better, it pains me to say this but this recording should have been binned and forgotten.
