Perhaps I didn't pay close enough attention to the wording, but it is described as 'Yellow Nasal Aspirator *Aspirators For Your Baby's Nose*' with a picture of two nasal aspirators (one yellow, one blue). You only get the yellow one. Not that big a deal, but still found the advertising confusing.

I have received this one instead of something else but I am very happy with this item. It has a soft silicone end and safety cap to prevent it from dirt plus instruction how to use it and clean it. I'm still waiting for my baby to try tha aspirator but I'm sure it will do its job.
