The early days of SK dancing, he's a little stiff ( he hasn't gotten his flow yet) - still needs work but it's good. Music is OK...several catchy tunes.." Carbon Copy " but nothing that will keep you humming for the week. The wardrobe was 2002 - nothing flashy or catchy except I'd love to find that travel bag Raju ( SK ) used in the movie, it was fabulous. The plot of Yeh Hai Jalwa ( This is Magic) is basic. Raju(SK)finds out that the father he thought was dead is alive. He leaves India and goes to London to seek him out and meet him. Things don't go as planned ! This is a cute comedy. It's entertaining. I give it a four star because it's not a movie I'd watch more than 2x's but it's a nice afternoon cinema presentation. OK for the family.
3.0 out of 5 stars Salman Khan and Amisha Patel together in this one 27 Mar 2010

The son of a dead mother (Salman Khan) from India, goes to meet his real father (Rishi Kapoor) who left his wife and left the country when his son was very young. When he finally sees him again, he sees that his father is re-married and has children and is trying everything to avoid having his family know that he had a previous wife and son back in India.

This long lost son torments his real father to confess to his current family that he has an illegitimate son. Only when his father suffers an illness when he needs a donor from his own blood, does the father finally announce to his current family that this is his real first son. Expecting his life to fall apart from that point, he actually discovers that his long lost son is a wealthy business owner in India and he wishes to marry a friend of his family (Amisha Patel), so everything works out in the end.

Or does it? I left something out that is very important to this story and how life can catch us all by surprise, so check this one out if you can.
