This book has become my bible. I have suffered with candida for almost three years and until I found this book I had no idea what was wrong with me. I had been to see my GP and various specialists so many times I was beginning to think I was going mad. Not one doctor will actually agree that this is what I am suffering with - although they have yet to come up with any other suggestions. This book explains step-by-step how you become ill and how to rid your symptoms through a sugar-free, yeast-free diet. I have been following Dr Crook's guidelines for the past year and I have never felt better. I recommend this book to anyone. People should be informed of the problems that are connected with yeast. If it was left up to the GPs we would never get anywhere.

Got bored with this book about half way through. Like all books about this subject the advise is bordering on obsessive and I struggle to wonder who on earth has the kind of lifestyle that enables them to stick to these regimes.

Dr Crooks books are excellent and have really helped to sort out my health issues. However, I'm not sure I learnt much more from this book compared to the previous Dr Crook "Yeast Connection" book.
