Bought this for my 10 year old daughter for Christmas and she whipped through it as she enjoyed the story so much. She has told me lots about the book, and in fact I am going to read it myself as a result!

I really, really, REALLY enjoyed this book! It was so exciting, captivating from beginning to end! I love the way she's wrote this book, and highly recommend it. It's brilliant. Every character is interesting and sticks with you, and it's great how they all have a role in the book, not just appearing and then never being heard of again. It was definitely a page-turner! It has mystery, friendship, and some heart wrenching moments. It's most definitely a book you'll read more than once without getting tired! Big thumbs up; it put a smile on my face, it made me feel happy, sad, and I could really put myself in the book, like I was living it. In one word? FANTASTIC!!!

A simply brilliant book which both my 8 and 10 year olds loved. As a adult I totally enjoyed it too!
It's a story of true friendship and how even the smallest events can change a life forever.
If you're looking light and frothy this isn't for you, but if you want a well written page-turner which you won't want to put down and leaves you thinking about it for days after, then A Year Without Autumn is for you.
