I wanted easy to follow recipes local to my area and this book has given me exactly what I wanted. The layout of the book is good and easy to follow - I have followed some but not all the recipes and they have been delicious especially the scones!

Delighted. This is a wedding present for a couple who love visiting Betty's in York. Both of them love cooking and they were delighted. Fast delivery, well packaged. Well done

This is a well presented hardbacked book, that has a family feel to it. The only thing that I think it is lacking is "Fat Rascals", which are a speciality in "Betty's" and something I was hoping to find in the book. I have tried the applecake with almonds and it is delicious. Betty's is a must visit place in Harrogate the food is superb as is the setting - perfect, this book brings those delights within my reach at a whim so I am sure anyone will appreciate the recipes and put a visit to "Betty's" on their to do list.
