Most Helpful Customer Reviews

4 of 5 people found the following review helpful By C. Wilson on 25 Feb 2004
Format: Paperback
This is a great book on its own with clear instructions, and a great accompaniment to classes and the video demonstrated by Sifu Hine. It is one of those not to be left home without books for advanced Tai Chi practitioner or the complete novice. Written in a very informative way with clear pictures and step by step instructions. Also provides an adress for any one wanting more information or wishing to join a class. I would give it a ten star rating if it were possible, the book is THAT good.
