This amp is the perfect item for someone looking to hook up there tv to a nice set of speakers for there dvd, xbox, ps3, skyhd ect.. The volume is great(can go realy loud) Suports most speakers (all ive tried) 1 hdmi out put- its all you need though and 4 hdmi inputs, 6 av inputs, 2 audio inputs-for ipods ect.. radio is great. Well worth the price, but if you searched around you could find a cheeper one. But overall the product is sweet!!!! :P :P

Bought this unit because my old Denon amp wouldn't fit into a unit that Mrs C wanted, good excuse to buy a new amp I thought. This was one of the only ones that had a lower footprint and would fit into the opening, so I bought it thinking the sound wouldn't be so good, but I was wrong, It's equally as good, if not better than my Denon. I'm running this with KeF 2001 eggs and sub and the auto setup worked really well and the options for the sound would suit all but the most fussy of sound enthusiasts.
The only downside is there is no Pass through on the HDMI ports so you need to have the amp on if using hdmi inputs to output, no worries, used optical instead and the sound is fab.
Menu system is really easy to use, can set up presets to make it easy for Mrs C to use too lol
    Delivery was quick

I have 2 outputs: a TV and a video projector.
And then 5 inputs: Sky box (HDMI), PS3 (HDMI), multimedia hard drive (HDMI) and region-free DVD player (YUV/RGB), PS2 (YUV/RGB).

And here I was foolishly thinking they would all connect to both outputs. There's only 1 HDMI so I was happy to keep it for the TV and plug the projector to the YUV/RGB output.
    Well, no.

No signal conversion means your HDMI input will only go through the 1 HDMI output. And similarly your YUV/RGB only through your YUV/HDMI output.

So in this case, with only 2 YUV/RGB inputs, you have to stick to HDMI.
I've tried an HDMI splitter to output to both devices (TV + projector), but it does not work. It works great from any of the sky box/PS3/hard drive alone, connected to both outputs, but not from the amplifier.

So if you don't mind the need to connect almost as many cables to your TV as without it, it does the job perfectly.
And to connect a PS2 to an HDMI, look for a "component to HDMI converter".
