This DVD gives you 3 levels of exercise with two sections at each level - toning and aerobics and then a fourth level of a 'super circuit'. It starts off relatively gently but by the time you get to level 3, the toning in particular is quite hard work (depending on how fit you are). There's no nonsense and everything seems to have a purpose. The instructions are easy to follow and once you have done it a few times you can keep up fairly easily. The commentary is a bare minimum, just telling you what to do next, with very few exhortations to do better. What's more, Jill Gaskell seems to be enjoying the whole thing, so it's quite positive. I've been doing this for about 4 months now and still enjoy it. My only criticism is that the DVD could have been split up into small chunks at the menu. If you want to do the aerobics at a certain level you have to scroll through the toning section. But I suppose it encourages you to do both sections.
