Fabulous!,

This review is from: Y Plan-Countdown 36 Days [VHS] (VHS Tape)
This is the first fitness video I ever used way back when I was 21. I have used it regularly ever since and it totally changed my body and my attitude to exercise. You do see results within 6 weeks and that then pushes you to keep going. I wish the Y-Plan still made fitness videos, because I think they are the best I've ever bought and even after all these years I'm still not bored of them. I hope they eventually release all their workouts on dvd because I would be lost without them.

I've owned this video for about 8 or 9 years now and returned to it on and off during that time. After having my second baby, I made a determined effort to go back to doing it and the results were even more marvellous than before ! The number of people who asked me if I had had liposuction after I'd been doing it for about four weeks, was amazing, and what a compliment ! If you don't particularly like exercise, this isn't long enough to be boring and you won't dread doing it - let's face it, it's easier than going to the gym, a lot cheaper and I would say in my experience, the results are better. Buy it now and see what a difference it makes !

Still works,

I've had this video for years and always go back to it when I need to tone up. Just hard enough to make you work, just short enough to not put you off doing it even when you don't feel like exercising. I think 12 minutes a day, which includes a warm up and cool down, can't be bad in a busy schedule. Does look dated now, but it works. I have a bad back so as there is no aerobics it suits me.
