As a busy person myself, I have been looking for a good exercise DVD that would enable me to get back my fitness for a long time. I have tried many different workouts and I think, I have finally found the one. As you can choose every day from a different workout, this DVD will not make you bored. And this is very important if you should keep going.... There is body sculpt, aerobics, pilates, toning, cardio-kick and my favourite dance and you can mix it as you wish. I have now been using it for a couple of weeks and already feel a change.
I think, this DVD is especially aimed at beginners and intermediate who want to regain strength and become fitter and firmer. For me, this DVD does the trick. I found it entertaining, easy to follow and most importantly it works......
