This actually works quite well. As it's a natural diuretic, don't expect to be a walking display of veins and tight skin, but as long as you follow the recommended dosing and drink plenty of water, you should experience a mild to moderate reduction in water weight. It's also important to allow your body a period off this supplement, as should be considered with all water expelling products both natural and synthetic.
With that being said, I believe this to be helpful in reducing some of the water I retain from a medication prescribed to me, and it should compliment body builders getting ready for a contest in flushing some excess water from their system.
Unless you are willing to risk renal failure, and unhealthy levels of fluid removal, Xpel should work fine for you. Remember, it's a supplement; not a magic bean, and will work best when proper diet and exercise are also incorporated in your daily routine.
