The moment I took the fan out of the box, the quality was immediately obvious - the blades spin freely by their own weight as you rotate the body of the fan.
The LEDs are bright but not overly so, and coloured white (made blue by the plastic).
Noise-wise, the fan is very near silent on max speed, and completely silent when coupled with a fan controller.
Also, this fan has an extra set of screwholes for the 190mm mountings in the NZXT Phantom case. Unfortunately they have a thin plastic coating (can't really blame Xigmatek for this; they are non-standard holes), but nothing a couple of minutes with a drill can't fix. Additionally, this fan is even thinner than the NZXT 200mm fans (which are pretty thin as it is), allowing it to be mounted to the side of an NZXT Phantom alongside my huge Akasa Venom cooler (163mm), though with only a couple of mm clearance.
Overall a great buy, and the perfect aftermarket 200mm fan for an NZXT Phantom case.
