The fan itself is certainly quiet, I can't measure dba accurately but I would guess around the same as a Sharkoon Silent Eagle 1000. <22 dba. The airflow is very good. As far as 200mm's go this is probably the best out there at the moment in terms of noise to cfm.
The only problem with this fan is for some incredible reason you can only mount it one way, there's no way to mount it with the screws/bolts provided. Which poses a bit of a problem if you're using 200mm to intake like I am (for a HAF X side window fan in this case). I'm going to end up having to superglue it to the rubber vibration reduction bolts that it comes with. Guess it provides a nice little mod while waiting for other items.
I'd have given it a 5 if not for the weird lack of mounts on the intake side. I've never seen a fan that doesn't have holes for both intake and exhaust, given that this is obviously an enthusiast item I can't imagine why they would overlook proper mounts.
