The Xenta DV 1013 is one of the smallest front loading DVD players I have come across, the picture and sound are both good and you can connect up a surround sound system although I have not tried that.
It plays both WMA and MP3 audio as well CD's of course, JPEG picture discs and XVID.avi video but not despite what it says in the manual DIVX (.divx) or MPEG 4 (.mp4).
The main limitation I think is lack of connectivity, at the back all there is a SCART and a coax for digital audio.
But if your looking for a small inexpensive DVD player that perhaps does more than it looks I can recommend it.

This product for the price is excellent value for money, especially, if like me, you are not too good with setting up and using gadgets. Definitely recommend this DVD player.

Got mine the other day and could not get the hack to work (as several others have reported) so i contacted the vendor and it is now sorted for all region.
The trick is to input it VERY FAST.
Power on
set up
Now the fast bit
Vol +
Vol -
vol +
Vol -
Mute (a new menu should appear now)
Now back to your own speed
Make sure the current region is highlighted (you may need to use arrow controls)
Set to all region by using the left arrow.
ok

thats it enjoy.

Xenta DVIX player

I would steer clear of this player.

well so far this dvd player is amazing. its absolutely TINY. It plays Xvid videos in amazing quality which is mainly what i need it for. I'm not sure about Divx though. Read more
