I am new to xbox's. Have been researching them alot and many people's views conflict. Today is 12th June 2008, if i were to buy a Premium 360 today would it be a 65nm Falcon chip with 175w?

Had same concerns. As shops are selling back stock standard models till they deplete, always ask at till points for upgraded 175W power consumption. Got my Falcon one from a reliable catalogue company with a exponential 3 year cover plan as they normally sell the very latest sku's. They'll also repair faults with a new one if necessary saving tons of costs on the long run compared to receiving refurbished ones from Microsoft.

Falcon's appear to be extremely more reliable from owning one. Hope helps.
