I tried a 30 minute session of this workout on the BodyinBalance channel on Sky. After 30 minutes of very small movements using on 6ft x 6ft of space my body was pulsing and I was thoroughly tired out. Not a bad option for those days you don't want to leave your living room, and "by the way" the space in your living room is only 6ft x 6ft. This full DVD version had different sections which you could chose from the menu references by zones of the body or length of time for the workout. The "barre" section refers to using a handrail as you would find in a studio, however they pragmatically suggest using the back of a dining chair. Key to the workout is small movements for weightbearing (own body weight) exercises and long stretched to engage your core and free you up. After 2 weeks, during just 30 mins on three occasions each week, I am sure I'm already seeing a difference in my legs, plus I feel I have lost some water around my stomach.
The premise is that this workout will make you long and lean. It is too early to discover that, but I would suggest getting this if you are a runner. It complements a running route nicely by overcoming the stiffness and working your core, plus it is a good alternative for rainy days.
