The first one we bought for our grandson's birthday did not work at all. The second one did work eventually but every now and then it just stops. He is four years old and was very excited with the car but is most upset whenever it stops. Also, although he is careful with it a few small bits of plastic have broken off very easily.
I do wish now we had not ordered the replacement for the first model that did not work.

At 1:14 scale this is small enough for the livingroom but don't be put off by that, this is a clever and fun bit of kit. It leans into the corners and can spin 360 on it's back wheels(it also chases cats)Its very robust which is good for the amount of crashing mine gets. Never mind the kids just buy this for yourself!

Rubbish
This item is rubbish and didn't even last 24 hrs. Brought it for my son's Xmas. He only played it for 5 mins and plastic started to come off.
