I saw this Item on a shopping channel first, which it caught my attention but at £70 +p&p I thought I would do my own search and found this for at least a fraction of the price so I thought I would give it a go. Well I'm glad I did.. I did read some reviews on this item some were good and some were bad, well all I can say is that to give a bad review of this Item you must already be so fit you don't need it anyway. It came with a DVD which combines assembly Instructions (so easy) and goes on to a workout with various different exercises.
I managed to complete the first 2 exercises quite easily and yes could feel muscles that were being worked on, then on to the third exercise to which involved a slightly different move - Well all I can say is that I must be so unfit I didn't manage it. I haven't got any further on the DVD yet but I know there are further workouts and some using a ball which hopefully I shall progress to. The difference is that it helps you to complete the crunches which is more than I could do before and therefore I should be able to improve over time and maybe get the tummy back that I haven't seen for years.
