After using these speakers with music, tv and Playstation 3, they do offer a great sound at a decent volume without distorting. It is advised to have an RCA to RCA jack as mentioned in a previous review but it does come with 3 aux to RCA leads for use with computer 5.1 sound cards. The remote is simple to use and effective. The speakers for the rear have a reasonable cable length but will be difficult to stretch around a large sized room.
Overall they are very very good value for money and look amazing. I would fully recommend them to anyone looking for a speaker set around this price. You dont get any others that come close to them in the price range. (I purchased mine for [...] from [...] but they now have none left in stock due to extremely popular demand) but are still worth the price listed on amazon.

Im not sure about this sound system but i hold my hands up and admit that I am likely to be doing something wrong!
I have a samsung tv and am trying to use the speakers with it, I bought the rca jack with two ends (one red and one white)and it still doesnt work. I have read the manual but it really doesnt give much information and there isnt a troubleshooting website. All I can suggest is that unless you are very technically minded I wouldnt get these speakers. I know what I am doing - especially if I have an instruction manual but these are just impossible to work. I have them plugged into the headphone outlet but it means that the speakers dont work to their full potential and hiss all the time.
On the plus side they sound great when used with my iPod!

brought these to replace some very knackered Logitech X530 speakers. When turned up product felt very light not a good start and speaker qaulity once all plugged in was terrible my broke X530 speakers sounded better also constant buzzing when they was on. Im not one to moan but felt had to pre warn other people about these things they are BAD DO NOT BUY THESE. Am buying Logitech X540 next
