I have had this PSU for a year and when it worked it was working well. I would give it one star but it has lasted me a year which is why it just manages to get 2 stars.
The one I received came boxed as the XXX Edition Semi Modular but obviously I can't guarantee you will receive the same. Whichever variant you receive the key point is they are all excellent power supplies manufactured by Seasonic & have a 5 year manufacturer warranty (as long as you register within a month otherwise it's 3 years).
Plenty of good reviews can be found online if like me you like to know what your buying.
It is efficient too and is 80 Plus Silver certified.
A perfect PSU for any power hungry system.

Hi all
When i was looking for my new power supply, i needed it to meet the Minimum Specifications for my GTX 570 DirectCU II, and the rest of my new Rig.
Important, The 570 DirectCU II need's a, 550W PSU, With a mimimum of 42A on 12V rail, with a 6 pin and 8 pin Connectors to power it.
This 850W power supply as a 12V rail With 72A and 2 x 6-Pin, 2 x 6+2-Pin Connectors. So it meet's the Specifications for my card and more :)
